- Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.Add protein powder and almond milk. Stir until a thick batter forms. If batter feels too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of almond milk.

- Pour half the batter into the center of the waffle maker.Close lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp.Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.

- Let waffles cool slightly to crisp up, then add desired toppings and enjoy.
